Privacy Policy
Effective September 4, 2026
Lemmy Go is a service of Weiscoast LLC ("Lemmy Go," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit lemmygo.com, schedule a call, make a purchase, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide when using Lemmy Go. This may include your name, phone number, scheduled call date and time, time zone, caller or call preferences, call reason or other information you choose to provide, and information you send when contacting us.
When you make a purchase, payment information is processed by Stripe. We receive information about the transaction, such as payment status, amount, transaction identifiers, and information necessary to associate the payment with your scheduled service. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment card number.
We may also automatically receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages, approximate location derived from technical information, and interactions with our website.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate Lemmy Go, schedule and place requested calls, process payments and refunds, provide retry or service-related text messages, communicate with you about your purchase or requested service, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot and improve our service, understand website usage, measure advertising performance, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate Lemmy Go. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for us. They currently include Stripe for payment processing, Twilio for telephone and text-message functionality, Supabase for database and backend services, Vercel for website hosting and delivery, and Google services for website analytics, advertising, and conversion measurement.
These companies process information according to their own applicable terms and privacy practices as well as their arrangements with us.
Analytics, Advertising, and Online Tracking
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads technologies to understand how visitors use Lemmy Go, measure website performance, and evaluate our advertising. These technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers and may collect information about your device, browser, interactions with our site, and how you arrived at our site.
Some third-party technologies may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or online services according to their own privacy practices.
Because there is not a universally accepted standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, our website does not currently respond to traditional Do Not Track signals. Where applicable, we will honor legally required privacy preference mechanisms.
How We Share Information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate Lemmy Go; when necessary to process your transaction or provide the service you requested; to comply with law, legal process, or valid governmental requests; to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of Lemmy Go, our users, or others; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell customer phone numbers or scheduled-call information as a business model, and we do not provide customer phone numbers to third parties for their independent direct marketing.
Text Messages and Phone Calls
When you schedule a call, you are requesting that Lemmy Go contact the phone number you provide at or around the scheduled time.
SMS messaging is optional. If you separately opt in to SMS messaging, Lemmy Go may send transactional text messages related to your scheduled call, including a message offering the option to retry the call once if the scheduled call goes to voicemail.
Message frequency varies based on your use of the service. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, share, or provide your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain transaction and business records, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and satisfy legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and why it was collected.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmitting or storing information electronically can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with you or to request that we correct or delete information, subject to applicable law and information we may need to retain for legitimate business, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping purposes.
To make a privacy request, email help@lemmygo.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Children's Privacy
Lemmy Go is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can address the information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.
